The main ballroom was decked in a fairy tale theme with a giant ice sculpture in the shape of a castle, the lights of Christmas, as forest-centers, on foot trees, dwarf and a centaur (half man, half horse).. Kim Kardashian couldn t get the magical scene at the Make-A-Wish Ball Saturday night at Miami Hotel Intercontinental.
